You agree to use the Service responsibly and in accordance with these terms:

• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, obscene, violates intellectual property rights, or contains personal information of others without consent

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bear Den Labs Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
